Intro
Refugees are to be vaccinated in the third phase even if undocumented and the ones in the detention center should have improved living conditions for their safety from Covid-19
Paragraph 1
Refugees who carry United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) card will be managed by the United Nations (UN) to be vaccinated. Employers of the documented migrant workers will be responsible for registering the workers for the vaccination. For migrant workers who do not have documents, government has asked their employers to register them for the vaccine regardless if they are document or not or even if their documents have lapsed. Government has pledged to not detain undocumented migrants who come forward for to receive the vaccine.
Paragraph 2
Covid-19 outbreaks have been reported from at least five of the detention centers and over 1,000 have been affected in these clusters. Rights groups and detainees have said the conditions in the detention camps were brutal. One former detainee, an Indonesian woman who was released in January, told Reuters hundreds of detainees were tightly packed in a room, including the old, sick, pregnant women and children.
Summary
Everyone deserves to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. Detainees are humans too.

Week 7 (10/5/21)
This week we were given feedback on last weeks progression which is the article. I had to make changes in my paragraphs to make my article more like an article. Below is the revised article.
Rights of the Refuged
Refugees that are currently in Malaysia should also have the right to get vaccinated. The government must take into account that there are also other people living in this country that requires assistance and healthcare services besides Malaysians. Why make it compulsory for Malaysians to be vaccinated while leaving out the rest of the population as if they do not affect the state of the country.
Malaysian government should give refugees the opportunity to get their vaccine shots. Talks have been made about refugees who carry United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) card will be managed by the United Nations (UN) to be vaccinated.
Even though there was discussion on giving refugees the vaccination, there is an underlying problem from these Covid-19 outbreaks. There have been reports from at least five of the detention centers and over 1,000 have been affected by the situation. Rights groups and detainees have said the conditions in the detention camps were brutal. One former detainee, an Indonesian woman who was released in January, told Reuters hundreds of detainees were tightly packed in a room, including the old, sick, pregnant women and children.
The government has been suggesting solutions for the refugees but have been fully ignorant about the detainees where the conditions in the detention center are still not improved. It's not right to leave the detention center unattended with. Detainees are humans too, and humans have rights to having proper healthcare services.
For week 7, we were to sketch out each layers of the poster. I simple sketch out whatever comes to mind for the layers which would hopefully give me ideas on the final sketch of the overall poster

DESCRIPTION:
Refugees has rights to proper healthcare. In this poster I used a silhouette of a guy and drew over it. The drawing over the image is to show how the refugees are requesting for better healthcare. The stethoscope symbolizes how the people in power hears the calls for help but are not listening and not taking any action to improve their healthcare services towards the refugees. In this composition, the stethoscope is held like a microphone to show the the calls are loud and yet ignored. The silhouette of the guy shows that even if he screams for help it seems like he is not even saying anything hence his mouth is closed while the drawing shows him speaking.
